Note that vehicles in an unsafe condition or without proper licensing, insurance, and inspection certificates will be refused inspection, and the vehicle will be subject to seizure and impoundment by MD WSD upon completion of inspection unless it has been reported to MD WSD by a law enforcement officer as a stolen vehicle or a used vehicle.
